Saturday 08:00 – 9:30 Cally Pool

Sunday 16.30 – 18.00 Cally Pool

The Thursday and Saturday sessions are two 90-minute training sessions which tend to include a warm-up, drills, and a main set. On Thursdays and Saturdays we have all six lanes; you can choose where to swim based on the pace you can attain and maintain. Each session covers all of the four main swimming strokes and individual medley. The Monday session is another training session but at Holloway School pool which is not open to the public at all.

The Sunday session is intended to be a more technique-focused session but it does still have a fitness focus too. We have all six lanes at the pool and a coach, Csaba.

The Monday session has a competition swimming element (starts, turns, relays…) for some of the session.

The Wednesday session is a one hour session; it covers technique and fitness work.

It is not vital to be able to swim all 4 strokes before coming to a session but it is advisable to be able to swim 400m continuously.
