The Thursday and Saturday sessions are two 90-minute training sessions which tend to include a warm-up, drills, and a main set. On Thursdays there are six lanes and on Saturdays there are normally five lanes; you can choose where to swim based on the pace you can attain and maintain. Each session covers all of the four main swimming strokes and individual medley.The Monday session is another training session but at Holloway School pool which is not open to the public at all.
The Sunday session is a shorter session and is intended to be a technique-focused session. We have 3 lanes at the pool and a coach. Please contact us before going along to this session unless you are already a member.
It is not vital to be able to swim all 4 strokes before coming to a session but it is advisable to be able to swim 400m continuously.
