Cally Masters is pleased to be taking part in the 2013 Swimmathon Challenge on 27 & 28 April to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
This year, there will be a little light-hearted competition to raise that little bit extra for a fantastic cause. Cally Masters will be competing with other Aquaterra clubs to see which club can swim 5k in the quickest time. Eight swimmers will do a relay, with only one swimmer allowed in the pool at any one time.
This will be a fun, friendly and important event with a little competition thrown in to raise awareness and funds for a great cause! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to participate.

On 26 January, some of our bravest, or perhaps maddest, Cally Masters swimmers took to the cold water at the UK Cold Water Swimming Championships 2013.
The coldest on record, the water temperature dipped to 0.5C but this didn’t stop Cally competing in the head-up breaststroke and relay events!
Well done to Jen, Sally, Gee, Cath, Rad and Dylan for taking part!!
Having recently won medals for Cally Masters at the British Masters National Swimming Championships in Sheffield, Sara Perry took to the pool again, racing in the 1500m Masters event hosted by Barnett Copthall Swimming Club.
Sara swam amazingly during the gruelling distance, smashing her PB by over a minute to arrive home in Bronze position. Congratulations to Sara!
We hope Sara and the rest of Cally Masters have as much success in 2013!
